Pinifarina Cambiano is the result of cooperation between several leading companies, leaders in different areas of the Italian industry. Pinifarina teamed up with a furniture studio Riva 1920 offering special series furniture made from recycled wood, giving new life to old wooden poles of Venetian canals. It is from this wood floor is made of the concept car. This unique project is made possible thanks to the woodworking technology solutions SCM Group.
The project has also become a leading focus of the most important in the world exhibition for furniture and interior design Salone del Mobile, in Milan from 17th to 22 April 2012. There was shown an impressive model of a full-size car made by Riva 1920 with the technology of SCM Group.
Scale model of the car, sculpted directly into Venice beam was shown and SCM Group booth at the exhibition for woodworking technology TECHNODOMUS in Rimini from 19th to 24th of April.
