The project site is located in a highly regulated with a steep slope to the west and a large railroad easement to the east. In response to these challenges, the concrete base and adjust to hold the required distance down the slope, and the house that is within the buffer extends enza mobilya over the slope to access the water view. This method of expanding volumes and elements over others is carried throughout the project by establishing a simple partition enza mobilya rectangular volumes stacked two towering over the site. The second volume is rotated about the axis of the linear volume first floor, creating a covered entrance a staircase, access to a rooftop garden, focusing the bedroom, bathroom and office enza mobilya to the views of the Sound and the Olympic Mountains.
Mass and fenestration are reported by the high activity of the train to the east. The linear scheme allows the wall this acts as a barrier to acoustically isolate the interior of the house and yard west. While the west facade is largely glazed to allow views of water and mountains, the east wall has few openings to maintain the necessary strength in terms of protection against noise.
Access to the house is along a walkway enza mobilya that rises above a sunken garden. This garden space and accessible green roof were important for customers who want a transition to the mainland after living on a boat for 14 years.
A minimalist palette of finish materials used inexpensive to achieve enza mobilya greater economy. For example, a cement fiberboard low cost is used for most exterior surfaces, accented by cedar smaller area. This roughness is balanced with fiber cement board smooth to achieve both harmony and economy. Extensive glazing is wanted on the west facade. Instead of installing a curtain wall system expensive aluminum windows, less expensive, are coupled together and trimmed to break aluminum to achieve a similar effect for a reduced cost.

David Pelham was the art director of the famous British publisher Penguin namjeЕЎtaj Books, from 1968-1979. In this time he created some of the most notable covers

of this company. Among these is the work he did with the first books by British writer namjeЕЎtaj JG Ballard, especially since, according to the general rule, managed to capture the essence of the author's unique imagery, gender transporting outer space to inner space.
Both symbolic and theoretical purposes and program, say the name of the new territory interior> <space I wanted to explore: the psychological domain (which appears, for example, in the surrealist paintings) where the outside world of reality and the inner world of the mind meet and merge.
should add the cover of The Four-Dimensional Nightmare (1977), one of the alternate titles in the collection Voices of time: http://static.dangerousminds.net/uploads/images/JG_Ballard_Four_Dimensional_Nightmare.jpg
These covers came in several books from the collection of CF Martinez Roca: Heinlein http://dreamers.com/libroscf/supfic027.html, Brackett http://dreamers.com/libroscf/supfic027.html, Dick http:// www.tierrasdeacero.com/beta/gen/index.php?mod=lib&sec=libva1&liblib=1468&pag=2, if more do not remember.

Written in 1962, this is the second swedese novel by JG Ballard. Like his first novel, A Drowned World, and many others, it is a good example of apocalyptic science fiction, a subgenre in which he labored assiduously Ballard, becoming one of the cornerstones of his work, but the main one. In the wind out of nowhere, the author imagines swedese the planet Earth, ravaged by a "breeze" to "pa-what-you-going-to-have". Novel full of rhythm and action, in which the interest does not decline at any time, with memorable scenes, such as: refugees surviving in underground tunnels. Ci-Fi Good entertainment more than anything else, which is not overly concerned Ballard gain insight into the characters, or anything, but given the sovereignty of the narrative to the events and efforts apocalyptic survival swedese of earthlings, especially the group of players. The novel has a certain aftertaste B movie really lovely, I mean to say this, the atmosphere and the way it is told. More things I like are: very original first, which begins even before swedese the first chapter, and even before the inside of the title page, and a final outcome and made final scene seems to me, I repeat the expression, B-movie The edition I read is one of the jewels of my library, an attractive copy of the 1966 year-Hawk-collection, consisting of 107 titles in paperback of Ci-Fi, the Mexican-Diana-publishing, which takes into its all the flavor and taste of the time, good covers and the spine unmistakable yellow with black letters. I would like more copies of this collection and read more things JG Ballard. The second is easier than the first.
